Step Up Autism Center – Oshawa is in a great location with lots of space for children to learn, play, and feel comfortable. They have plenty of toys, activities, and play areas, which makes the environment very welcoming and engaging. The staff are friendly, caring, and helpful. Overall, a wonderful place for children and families. Highly recommended!

My little one has been coming to the centre from some months now and it’s been a wonderful experience. I can actually see the progress from where he was before he started the class to now where he has improved with reading and writing, Ms Lauren is very professional, patient and encouraging. We have had such a wonderful experience with Step Up Academy. We are new to them, our son started with their camp in July, and from the very beginning, everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the children and go above and beyond to make sure they feel supported, comfortable, and are successful.

We especially love the structure and consistency of the program. The staff have been amazing with our son and have taken the time to really get to know him and understand what works best for him. It is such a great feeling knowing that he is in an environment where he is truly cared for and supported. The new property is great; it’s brand new and is extremely clean, bright, and well organized, and you can really see the potential the space has.

The administrative side has also been incredibly easy and organized, which makes such a difference as a parent. Communication has been great, and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire experience.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Step Up Academy. We are so grateful for the care, effort, and dedication the entire team has shown our son. The staff, the structure, the facility, and the overall experience have all been exceptional. Highly recommend Step Up Academy!
